Four Siemens Siplace surface mount lines form the basis of an unrivalled capability within the UK contract electronics market. The latest line is another leap forward in technology with the amazing variety of components that can be placed by the Siplace HF to the sheer speed of placement offered by the Siplace S-27. A combined benchmark placement rate of 36,500 components per hour is quite simply awesome speed. Speed is only one element however, this line will place tiny 01005 size components (0.3mm x 0.15mm) at an accuracy of 70 microns up to large bga’s 85mm x 85mm square.

Complete surface mount capability is matched in all other necessary disciplines from conventional assembly through to conformal coating.

Full cleaning, test/inspection and conformal coating is also carried out inhouse.
